General Labor / Property Maintenance
Full-time/ year round position available 35 - 40 hours/wk
This job entails landscaping/cleaning, general maintenance, and light construction duties associated with maintaining several properties in New Buffalo.
Must be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and able to make decisions while working independently during times of little or light supervision. Must be able to take direction and keep detailed logs with specific notes. Must have own reliable transpiration.
Able to operate and care for light equipment such as lawn mowers, pressure washers, and more. Must be able to use construction tools such as saws, power tools, compressors, painting equipment, and more.
