We are a large Process Serving company providing service of process and related services to many of the State's most notable law firms, financial institutions and Governmental agencies. We are seeking process servers to serve legal documents in.
South West Mich.
Dowagiac Area
Cass County
Paw Paw Area
Van Buren County Area
and there surrounding areas
Experience is not necessary, as we will train you. Reliable vehicle, smart cell phone and knowledge of computer are a must as is a printer. The hours are very flexible. Other areas in Michigan are also available. The rate of pay is based upon your serves on individuals
Must have - Clean appearance, clean driving history, have ability to rationalize geographical areas (read a map), maintain a smile on your face.
The primary objective of a process server is to serve legal documents issued by the Courts. This includes Subpoenas, Summons & Complaints, Small Claims, Court Orders and any other documents issued by Circuit, District, or Probate Courts.
This position would be great for those that are interested in the legal field and for those who would enjoy a more flexible schedule.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Ability to work mornings and evenings
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized
Have a smartphone for using our mobile processing app
Dependable
Have reliable transportation
Have a valid drivers license with proper insurance
A good attitude and a drive to succeed
