The Brand Marketing Coordinator is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and passion for connecting with current and future patients. Key responsibilities will be in the social management, SEO optimization, field marketing liaison, and general marketing support. Reporting to the Director of Brand Experience, he/she will have the opportunity to work with the CRM Manager, Director of Analytics, and Creative Designer to assist in new projects/opportunities, including the opportunity to work within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Working closely with the Director of Brand Experience, he/she will provide marketing recommendations and support as needed. Complete and manage the development of the MarketingHub, a digital marketing site that provides turnkey marketing content, collateral, and more to offices. Provide Operations with weekly team Marketing updates for field communicationSEO Optimization using MozLocalUpdate all listings, ensuring SEO best practices implemented. Remove all dated/duplicate listingsSocial Management Stand-up all office Facebook channelsPartner with agency to manage social channelsOpportunity to guide, manage, develop and deploy Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn contentCRM SupportWith training, ability to deploy simple patient communications (office requests, one-off communications, etc. through Mail Chimp. Ability to pull and load simple audience segments Work with Creative Designer to load creative Deploy and provide high-level metricsFurther Opportunities (TBD)Education & Experience: Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, other related field.Experience in managing multiple projects requiring cross-functional/team collaboration. Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to take direction, absorb information quickly, and exhibit critical thinking and problem solving. Exhibits collaborative, problem-solving qualities with attention-to-detail. Demonstrates knowledge of social media strategic and content management with focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.With instruction, ability to manage, monitor, and update multi-location site citation to ensure data reflects SEO best practices. Skilled in MS Office. Adobe InDesign or Photoshop a plus.Skilled in copywriting a plus.
