Growing and well-respected apartment Management Company is seeking an individual with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude to join our team as PROPERTY MANAGER. The Westview is a 136-unit multi-family apartment property located in Southwest Michigan (St. Joe), right on the lake!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Property Management. You are the office team, so your day will be busy. We are looking for someone who has varied experience in all facets of property management. Your day might include phone calls and emails with prospects, touring the property with future residents, a quick huddle with the maintenance team, interacting with residents in the office, reviewing your financial results, inspecting the property. We need someone who will really come and take ownership and who loves property management and customer service.
You must be committed to providing a high level of service to our residents. The Property Manager directly oversees staffing, marketing, maintenance, and customer relations.
Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
At least two years on-site property management experience.
Proven track record working in a fast paced, high volume environment
Sales and service focused, self-motivated, goal driven, confident, and tech savvy
YARDI or similar property management software required
Proficiency in resident services, budget control, financial analysis, leasing and marketing
Ability to multi-task and work effectively with deadlines
Ability to work weekends when needed
