We are looking for independent contractors/small businesses that service the Thumb area(s), specializing in the following services: Landscaping, Debris Removal, and Janitorial work. We also provide the opportunity to bid on other work needed. If bid is within fair industry standards, we have a high approval rate.
Our industry is Mortgage Field Services dealing with vacant properties in various conditions. As we are seeking workers in rural areas, we are looking for businesses and individuals that are already servicing these areas. This would be ideal for someone that can add on more work or is looking to expand/grow.
Must have own tools/materials to complete all needed services.
Smartphone to take, and upload photos.
General experience with aforementioned work.
Clean background and may require General Liability insurance for certain jobs.
Must communicate. If you accept work orders, we must be able to reach you to discuss their status.
What We Offer
-Weekly Pay. Compensation varies by service and size of the job, however pay on each service will be well communicated on each work order. We will also pay you early on your first few completed services to help build a solid business relationship. We can speak about these details upon our initial communication.
