Job Duties:
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Trim access from finished products
- Complete visual quality inspections and report any issues to supervisor
- Use a paint roller to laminate finished product
- Ensure regulated and proper, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses are worn
- Ensure regulated and proper headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses and clothing are worn
- Complete required document every shift
- Adhere to company rules and regulations
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working with Fiberglass a Plus
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions
- High School diploma or GED (preferred)
- 6 months experience working in a similar production role
