CORNERSTONE STAFFING IS LOOKING FOR DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE EMPLOYEES, JUST LIKE YOU
We are looking for machine operators for our manufacturing client in Clifford, MI, to fill 2nd and 3rd shift openings! This position is subject to overtime work on weekends. IMMEDIATE openings available. Pay will start at $11.00/hour and increase to $12.35/hour PLUS $0.30 shift premium at time of hire.
Main Duties:
Fabricate, assemble, fit, fasten, install, hand finish and/or test products or perform other handwork such as welding, cutting, molding, painting and packaging.
Set-up, operate or tend production machinery.
Move and/or control the movement of materials, supplies and finished goods to designated locations within the facility and/or onto vehicles for shipment.
Inspection of parts as required
Maintain appropriate records
Empowered to initiate corrective actions when problems, which impact the quality of the product and/or the quality of the system, are identified
Any and all job duties and other dutiesĀ as specified by the Supervisor. This includes but is no limited to: cleaning, reassignment to another area/department, etc.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and have basic math skills
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience
Ability to use micrometers and calipers
Read blueprints
Steel toes boots/shoes required
