In support of the extensive growth of Kelly Education, there exists a need for an experienced, strategic PR/communication senior leader to manage the development and implementation of integrated communication campaigns in support of B2B and B2C strategy. The senior PR leader will be experienced in creating and executing local and national communications and content management strategies for product, digital and influencer campaigns; and leveraging data analytics, market research and market trends to drive consumer engagement and brand recognition. This position will tightly manage reactive PR in support of daily incident management, working closely with the Kelly Education Legal and Operations team. The senior PR/communications lead will serve as the major point of contact with clients, the news media, and other external and internal stakeholders in managing these opportunities. Strong reporting skills are required.This position will work closely with the Kelly Education Marketing lead and with various marketing and corporate teams including Brand, Integrated Marketing & Innovation, Sales Enablement, Operations and Centralized Recruitment to drive growth and change perceptions of Kelly. This role also will work closely with the Kelly Education leadership team and other C-suite executives on occasion.Responsibilities:Strategic Communications Planning & Execution Oversee the development of integrated communication strategy, defining messaging used in the development and execution of communication programs in support of thought leadership/influencer campaignsBrand Communications Protect and promote Kelly Education’s brand ensuring it is visible and consistent across external communication channels. Manage brand narrative in digital ecosystem. Manage team in the development of relationships with key influencers, media and other external stakeholders.Leadership, Budget Oversight Create, maintain communications dashboard illustrating BU ROI (B2B and B2C) Budget management Manage agency partnerships, freelance writers. videographers and other resourcesSkills Needed: Analytical: Ability to interpret analytics; demonstrating experience in researching and rapidly understanding changes in the industry Agile: Encourage agility and flexibility to include making quality and at times risky decisions for the good of Kelly while exercising situational awareness Digital Native: deep experience in ideating/managing omni-channel digital campaigns. Strategic Mindset: Set a communication strategy that aligns with broader business goals Financial Skills: Strong financial planning, budgeting, and financial management skills Communication Skills: excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills Crisis Communications: must be able to react quickly and work under tight deadlines Leadership, relationship management: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, to interact with a range of employees at various levels; manage a diverse team of communication leads Collaborative and highly motivated; proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Project Management: able to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Natural self-starter. Emotional IntelligenceQualifications Required: Preferred, but not required, bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications. Certifications in content marketing, digital communications, etc., encouraged.
