The Business Analyst efficiently and effectively implements system design, functionality and enhancement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating and defining system scopes, functionality and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of both business systems and client requirements.
Effectively develops and modifies procedures to solve complex problems concerning information systems.
Proficiently implement system design and enhancement.
Conduct requirements analysis and functional specifications.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support business intelligence and reporting across multiple business units for Integra Partners. They will develop, implement, and define business metrics along with program-oriented automation processes (including some RPA functions).
