High level of integrity. Solid organizational, project management and critical thinking skills, with ability to multi-task and make changes quickly and efficiently. Schedule and organize all travel arrangements (air, hotel, local transportation and all logistics) both personal and business (including travel agendas, confirming reservations, directions, etc.) Maintain a meticulous calendar and keep informed of key client or employee events, and providing her with advanced information of these events, including details and facts ahead of time. . Communicate with key client, support and influential relationships on a timely and professional basis to plan and schedule meetings, arrange events and communicate information. Solid financial acumen to process timely expense reports, credit card processing and other financial matters. Organize, prioritize and handle emails and phone calls, process incoming mail and determine level of priority and follow-up; maintain current contact list (CRM) via Microsoft Dynamics 365, by updating clients and contacts continuously. Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally, including communicating effectively with people at all levels of the organization, but also strong enough to make the tough decisions when necessary. Coordinate company-wide meetings Forward-thinking – prioritize tasks and schedule meetings in a logical sequence. Arrange for conference rooms and audio/visual requirements as necessary. Coordinate and maintain contracts, licensing renewal, and continuing education requirements. Assist with personal errandsRequirements

5+ years of recent experience in administrative support and/or project management experience

Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills

A Bachelor's Degree is desired or a combination of education and related experience

Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

Hands on experience managing a leader and his/her direct reports, including meetings, travel and employee and client events.

Fully formed organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
