Job Title: Solution Architect
Experience Level: More than 10 years
Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect is preferred
• 10 years of hands-on application solution design experience, with a broad knowledge of development platforms, languages and technologies
• 7 years of experience participating on large, complex, distributed systems
• 5 years of experience designing and developing REST based Services using Java / Spring
• 2 years of experience designing and deploying large scale system using Cloud Native stack (AWS)
• Excellent planning and designing skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership to groups of talented, often opinionated, developers
• Strong interpersonal skills that result in strong partnerships and the ability to influence others
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT Security best practices and integration with application authorization and access
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, DevOps, Containers, Microservices
• Ability to develop a thorough understanding of the organization's business goals
• Ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to all levels
