As a System Analyst, you will provide user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms, develop requirements for system enhancements and document system requirements, guides, manuals and reports. You will troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action as needed.Job Description: This position requires the employee to use their excellent customer service and technical skills to quickly and patiently respond to end users and internal users for web-based applications using the Service Desk ticketing system. The employee will apply their troubleshooting skills to resolve customer's technical issues, interface with internal teams to resolve problems, and investigate detailed agency application status. This position requires the employee to interface not only with external customers but internal federal points of contact, the application developers as well as manage the day-to-day efforts of the escalated service desk team. The employee will also develop system requirements documents, user guides and other system documentation and reports as needed.Required Qualifications:Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).

BS or equivalent degree (3+ years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree)

2+ yrs related experience.

History of working with large enterprise level applications.

A track record of delivery in challenging, face-paced environments.

Must be able to obtain and maintain an Agency specific Public Trust clearance
