The City of Nevis is seeking a qualified Liquor Store Manager for their On/Off-Sale. Hours will vary: days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
To manage and direct the operations of the municipal on-off-sale operations. Under the City Administrator, responsibilities include supervising liquor store personnel, purchasing, pricing, advertising and marketing, stocking, janitorial and light maintenance, etc., and compliance with all applicable laws and ordinances in the sale of beverages, food, incidentals, gaming activities, and including the occasional duties of bartender, cashier, janitor and general maintenance.
Looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, must be able to be bondable, post secondary work in marketing or retail sales, experience with finances, ordering, inventory control, experience with working with a POS system, minimum of 1 year management experience, experience within a bar and restaurant setting, must pass drug and alcohol testing.
