Full-time benefit position with competitive wage, in Bemidji MN. Responsibilities: Work independently and in teams to complete all tasks assigned in maintenance and general repair, including but not limited to windows and doors, furniture, carpentry projects, general repairs and other site wide needs. Support the mission and vision of Concordia Language Villages.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, five years experience in building construction or building maintenance, ability to follow and communicate written and/or verbal communications. Drivers license and insurable driving record required.
