HireQuest Direct in Grand Forks, ND is hiring for a Packer job with a client in Fosston, MN! It is full-time and temp-to-hire. Pay is $15.00.00 per hour. Hours are available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
-Turn on equipment and set proper temperatures according to product specifications
-Keep accurate documentation and sanitation sheets throughout the day; Turn them in at end of shift
-Complete basic equipment set-ups, such as stocking bags and labels
-Complete basic quality control checks, such as checking for bad liners, weights, and making adjustments and communicating with the Dryer Operator
-Communicate with other departments to ensure production needs are met
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
-High school diploma or educational equivalent
-Ability to attend work regularly
-Complete a drug screen and background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
-Have a position attitude
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Familiarity with and knowledge of how to use computer programs (i.e. email, Microsoft applications, etc.)
-Ability to work under pressure, in stressful situations, and with frequent interruptions
-Ability to compute basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
