Glass Doctor of Bemidji specializes in auto glass repair and replacement as well as glass services and products for the residential and commercial markets. We are seeking a sales and customer service oriented person for a full-time position in our busy glass shop. No Weekends M-F 8:00- 5:00
Duties will include:
greeting and assisting customers by phone and in person
educating customers and closing sales
working in our Point of Sale Software
coordinating jobs with technicians
scheduling jobs
insurance billing
collecting payments and handling transactions
assisting customers with insurance claims
daily invoicing
ordering glass parts and supplies.
assisting techs with minor tasks in the shop
assisting with vehicle delivery and customer rides
Excellent phone skills and people skills are a must. Candidate for this position must also have a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Problem-solving, organizational and time management skills will serve you well in this position. Working well with a team is also essential. Prior phone-handling and customer service experience required.
Prior experience in any of the following fields is very helpful for this position.
