MN Based field service company is looking to bring on more occupancy Inspectors in the BEMIDJI, TRF, CROOKSTON, WARROAD, ROSEU, and surrounding areas.

Flexible schedule
Reps take 6-8 simple photos and fill out a small amount of data entry on a mobile app form to report back to the mortgage companies the occupancy status of the properties.
Requirements
Smart phone or tablet required.
This job involves driving 1-4 days week depending on coverage area so a reliable and fuel-efficient auto is recommended.
Strong mapping and directional skills
Computer/Printer and reliable internet connection
PAY
HIGHER VOLUME area (LARGE WORK LOAD) Rate Starts at $8.00+ per inspection. AREAS Outside with less Volume start at $12-$20+
This position is great for someone who is motivated, wants a Flexible schedule and like to work independently.
