Counter Sales/Customer Service Manager
This person must have excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to manage everyday situations, having the ability to problem solve through innovation. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To Win the Day; Problem=Opportunity=Sales
2. ALEX & Water Care Products/Sales
3. Showroom-Open/Close/Appearance
a. Vacuum
b. Clean
4. Lead Generation
5. Answer Phones
6. Counter staff Management-Coverage for Store hours
7. Continued Sales Training
8. Innovation to grow the business
Compensation:
Salary-$10/ per hour starting
Additional Commission potential
Just a few days per week with Flexible scheduling
