THE ROLE The Data Engineer will be joining the fast-paced, high-growth Data Analytics practice at EBM Software working with the consulting team to execute on data-driven objectives. Our data analytics practice exists to empower our clients’ data-driven decision making capabilities. The Data Engineer will leverage existing software assets and processes as well as contribute to our innovative speed to delivery, machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives. A wide array of businesses, data sources and data discovery challenges make this a dynamic role with a need to engineer new solutions that enable clients to unlock value from their data. Additionally, our rapid growth ensures a broad range of future opportunities across our Data Analytics practice and professional development framework to guide your career progression. The Data Engineer role entails: · Connecting to a wide array of client and third-party cloud and on-premise data sources. · Data discovery and profiling of known and unknown systems. · Transferring, Transforming, Cleansing, and Distilling data. · Leveraging and Developing our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) framework. · Collaboration with other engineers, business analysts and clients to run advanced analytics models · Quick turnaround, special data projects, needed to support time sensitive analysis and decision making often related to Merger and Acquisition Transactions · Design and Build Custom Tabular Data Cubes used for Data Visualization reports and dashboards. · Processing data within and between data marts · Database development and configuration to support Application Development and System Integration teams.

WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS While we’re looking for some specific experiences and skill-sets, nothing is more important than a strong can-do attitude, resilience in the face of change, and a passion for learning and creating.
