Tired of being stuck at home? Pomeroy is currently looking for a

Desktop Support Tech to join our team, onsite at our Bloomington MN client. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with benefits. Great opportunity for someone who wants to build their resume and gain IT experience with a large corporation.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Imaging
  • Deploying software
  • Troubleshooting PC/Laptops/Tablets
  • Setting up mobile devices
  • Monitoring the local servers
  • Printer support (HP/Dell)
  • Working with handhelds
  • Break fix
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum of 3+-years’ experience with IT troubleshooting and desktop support
-1+ year of PC Tech support
-Printer support experience
-High standards for customer service support
-Technical school or CompTIA certification

highly preferred


Pay rate is very competitive. Rate is commensurate of experience

Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and 10 panel drug test screening.

This is an immediate need, no visa restriction candidates please
