Genesis10 is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a contract position with our client in a Minneapolis, MN suburb. Work may be remote to start.
Summary: This position will fill additional workload for special project deliverables and provide additional support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Drive execution (provide direction or execute) of tactical member communication materials (letters, postcards, flyers, emails, etc.) using job tracking tool, completing jobs on time and on budget
Communicate with clients over email (or through digital tool such as Compliance 360) to apprise of timelines, solicit feedback and receive approval of member materials
Partner with Creative Services to edit collateral to ensure messaging is customized to needs of specific clients for use in client meetings
Provide project management support to marketing jobs for assigned clients
Contribute ideas to improve existing processes
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3 years of work experience in marketing/communications role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/jobs at one time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Good attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn technical systems jobtracker tool, intranet
Reliable internet access with bandwidth to handle multiple programs running
PBM/health care experience is a plus
