Manager on Duty
Management teamwork liason responsible for resort operations on scheduled shift when other managers are not available. Acts as resort representative while communicating and resolving issues with guests and vendors. Perform outstanding guest service on a daily basis. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.
