This company is currently seeking a qualified Technical Support Associate to help contribute to our ongoing success and growth. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling in order to accommodate project needs.
The Technical Support Associate I is responsible for supporting all field-based activities including providing support to our vendor partner technicians which requires troubleshooting and issue resolution. This position is designated to provide second-level support for selected projects. This position also involves data entry for status and reporting information.
This project will be dedicated to supporting a CCTV project for their client. Ideally, the candidate will have CCTV but is not required. Any knowledge or understanding of CCTV will be a plus.
