Kari Toyota is adding a new assistant service manager (adviser / writer). The person for this position must have good multitasking, communication, and computer skills.
The service adviser / writer is often the only person the customer contacts in the service department so they must leave a good impression and reflect the business in a positive way.
The job includes:
- greeting customers
- calculating and giving accurate estimates
- writing repair order
- scheduling jobs to keep technicians busy
- communicating with the customer
- getting approval for work
- updates on progress of work
- explaining what repairs / maintenance was done
- communicating with the technicians
- communicating with service manager
- various other duties
There is a base pay + monthly commission. Benefits include heath insurance, 401K retirement, paid holidays and vacation time.
