Financial Recovery Services is now hiringFull-time Day Hours - Experienced Call Center Representatives Due to GROWTH AND INCREASED BUSINESS
Must have professional phone voice, clear pronunciation skills, typing ability/experience and the drive to succeed. Must be customer service focused and successfully document all accounts.
After the 2 week paid training you will move to a desk of your own and contact bank card and retail customers by phone to resolve issues regarding past-due accounts. Reps are paid every 2 weeks - plus monthly commissions and bonuses Work at your own desk and create your own schedule Monday-Friday between 7am and 7pm.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Good computer skills -Windows proficient
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good attendance and work ethic
Prefer previous call center experience and/or retail, customer service
