Happy Time Day Care Center seeks a qualified teacher who is excited about teaching and learning, who is creative and wants to work in a supportive, rich environment. Happy Time draws on its history, research and experience to create its own identity.
Minimum qualifications- the applicant must meet the teacher qualification according to the Minnesota Department of Human Services Licensing Division. The applicant must have earned a credential, AA or BS degree in early childhood education or related field.
The teacher actively participates in-
Planning and implementing the curriculum- indoors and outdoors
Partnering with parents- providing honest and open communication
Assessing the development of individual children
Preparing the environment with rich resources
