Job Description:Responsible for day-to-day oversight of guest services department. Develops and implements a training program with a focus on customer service excellence. Recommends and implements improvements to the program, ensuring the department operates effectively and efficiently. Responsible for staffing and scheduling of the department, establishes goals, priorities, best practice quality and customer satisfaction metrics, and performance management. This position is accountable for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all door attendant, greeter and information desk services.Education Qualifications:Associates degree in a clinical field, Business, Hospitality Management or related field and a Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare, customer service, patient relations, or training and development. OR Minimum 5 years’ experience in a healthcare-related field, customer service, patient relations, or training and development with experience in a leadership or supervisory role.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:No certification/licensure required.
