DescriptionRobert Half Technology is currently hiring for help desk analysts in Norcross, Georgia. If interested, please apply with your resume to foster.thomason@rht.com.The Tier 1 Analyst responds to requests remotely by diagnosing and resolving problems that fall within defined guidelines and escalating more complex problems to other technical support teams and external vendors. Candidates will provide phone and e-mail support remotely from a central location. This position provides Tier I support of low to medium complexity ensuring end users receive prompt, courteous and knowledgeable assistance. The IT Technology Support Analyst receives general supervision and is competent to work independently on most Support Desk activities.RequirementsCandidates that want to be considered for the position MUST have a bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited university. Prior knowledge and experience of Windows and working in a windows enterprise environment. Experience with remote access tools and active directory. In addition, customer service is a major factor for the role. A minimum of 6 months in a technical role is required.Technology doesn't change the world.
