3 Years Multi-Site property management experience required
Mental health experience a plus
15 Unit Apartment complex. Managing agreeemnts, compliance and code issues
Provide accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with Housing policies and procedures
Provide direction to 15 employees
Performance reviews
Assist with development of programs
Hold staff meetings
Hire, train and mentor property managers
