Position: NA go getter (generating new sales, NOT reactive, proactive)
We need individual with ability to search, find, contact, get the right people, explain our advantages, motivate prospective to drop what they are currently using and switching to our product and close.
We operate in "material handling industry", producing components for systems. Our components are pre-engineered, standard.
Our candidate will be looking for prospective customers that generate volumes, typical OEMs and specialized distribution, using initiative, experience
We are not looking for customer service or reactive office base sales individual
Traveling will be required
Ideally 50% of the time
Territory: North America
Industry: primarily construction (ready mix, precast, mobile plants, asphalt, forms,)
Professional Persistency is a must
Self-management ability required: after an initial training candidate will be invited to search, contact, close deals independently,
Strong emphasis on reporting, updating CRM
5-10 years of experience in sales -preferably outside sales
Salary: around $60K + bonus (KPI up to 20% )
