The Duluth Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has an opening for a Housing Technician. We are looking for a self-motivated person who is thorough and reliable; who is a problem solver that works well independently or in a team and has strong customer service skills. This position primarily works to receive, verify, process, track and monitor income eligibility, annual and interim certifications for various housing programs administered by the Authority.
