DRCC-WINONA, serving 4 active men living in a residential home in the Woodland area, is hiring immediately and currently scheduling interviews for 3 Direct Support Professionals. Experience working with people with disabilities desired but not necessary. We provide in-depth training that is paid work time with continuous support and education throughout your employment. Hourly wage is $12.25 with paid sick and vacation after one year of employment. Valid drivers license required. Position 1: (15 hrs/pay period) Every other week: Sunday 10a-3p and Saturday 10a-8p. Position 2: (20 hrs/pay period) Every other week: Sunday 10a-3p, Friday 3p-8p, Saturday 10a-8p. Position 3: (16 hrs/pay period) Every other week: Saturday 2p-11p, sleep overnight, Sunday 7a-2p. $50 stipend for sleep time. Looking for staff who are patient and can think fast on their feet and enjoy a wide range of activities to help 4 guys live life to the fullest.
