Do you have a passion for cleaning, building upkeep, and customer service? If so, bring your unique talents to our Duluth team as a full-time Caretaker. In this role, you can use these strengths to clean common / public areas and assist our maintenance service team members in more involved projects. Above all, live out your spirit to serve on a daily basis by maintaining positive relationships with peers, residents, and all whom you support in this role.
Where will this role work? Two of our market rate multifamily apartment communities in Duluth, MN: Highland Chateau (60 units) and Lofts on Canal (29 units).
Schedule: The core schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience and Skills: 1-3 years of experience in custodial or janitorial work. Ideally in residential or commercial real estate.
