M. Jolma, Inc. is a family-owned company that specializes in grading, excavation, road reconstruction, and culvert and bridge installation.
LABORERS - will work at a variety of different worksites, at times in very rural or heavily forested areas. Laborers are expected to work under the direction of the foreman or Project Manager. We offer some on the job training in an effort to broaden experience and advance your skills. (Salary $12.00 - $18.00/hr DOE)
Positions are full time seasonal, typically running through April to November, weather permitting. Some overtime and/or Saturdays may be required.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Valid driver s license (CDL license a plus)
Physically fit to perform the job functions stand, squat, bend, lift, and tolerate fluctuations in temperature
Previous construction or physical job experience preferred
Able to communicate effectively and work in stressful situations
Ability to listen and take direction from others
Willingness to be a team player
Pre-employment drug tests and drivers background check are mandatory prior to hire.
