Country Estates Manufactured Home Community in Hibbing, MN is seeking an immediate hire for a Community Maintenance & Mobile Home Repair Specialist.
Position requires experience in carpet/linoleum replacement, painting, appliances, general plumbing, skirting, siding, roofing. Knowledge of MH installation a bonus. Community maintenance and snow plowing.
This is a full time position. $16.00 per hour or commensurate with experience
