Branch Sales Manager
VERSYS (Verified Systems) is a privately-owned company that provides low and medium voltage services for industrial commissioning, start up, maintenance, construction, and panel fabrication. We are currently looking to fill the position of Branch Sales Manager, stationed in Duluth, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be an intuitive individual who is seeking an opportunity to manage the daily requirements of the branch, seek out related and new market opportunities, foster client relationships, and support the development of a productive team.
As the Branch Sales Manager, you will ensure efficient operations of the organization by using monthly and annual targets to identify the needs for growth. You will actively seek to identify and pursue potential projects and assist with RFP submissions. Additionally, you will work with senior management to create and implement strategies to attain market share enhancement.

Oversee project managers to ensure project target margins are met
Maintain direct contact and manage relationships with key accounts
Develop and implement appropriate sales strategies to improve top line growth
Identify new market opportunities
Hiring, training and developing employees to create a high performing team
Prepare yearly budget and monthly financial forecast to GM
Monthly/quarterly review of project revenue and margin
Minimize unbilled revenue (Invoice on time)
Tracking and measuring staff performance with HR
Creating and maintaining Resource Schedule
Monitor non-billable expenses and project costs
Maximize profit per hour
Stay current with new projects
Work with team to target markets
Stay active learning through books, coaching and courses to continually improve and keep Versys on the cutting edge of industry
Report income pipeline to finance, operations and general manager.
Delivery on established annual revenue target
Be willing to travel 5-10 days/month
Able to support field activities occasionally
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Project management training
Electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation ticket
15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
10+ years in Commissioning and Start-up
Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word
Bluebeam experience would be a bonus
Adaptable to new technologies and completion software
