Use your sharp business skills to assist in end - to - end business process activities by creating, controlling and improving business processes. You will create process design, project implementation, diagnose process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions. You will also provide quality reporting, analysis, audits, and develop plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools. You won't be any ordinary Business Analyst. Your high performance approach will power innovation therefore, impacting the lives of millions of people.Positions in this function are responsible for conducting documentation needs, analysis for the business and improving business processes. This position involves conducting ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure effectiveness of documentation implementing modifications as necessary. You will lead process design that includes capturing operational process maps as well as process and procedure details. Lead client facing interactions in driving successful builds. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.Primary Responsibilities:

Engage / collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to identify business needs, performance goals and gaps

Conduct task analysis / research to identify the specific knowledge, skills, behaviors needed to achieve desired performance levels (e.g., focus groups, observation)

Gather and / or document information on stakeholders’ business requirements, specifications, and/or needs(e.g., conduct intake process, ask questions, review project charter, monitor regulations, review reports)

Ensure obtained data and information are accurate and relevant to meet end users’ needs

Identify and communicate appropriate solutions needed to address identified business issues and needs (e.g., training, coaching, policy changes, system changes, process / procedure changes, compliance issues, documentation issues, incentive issues, leadership issues, organization structure)

Communicate any identified defects with relevant stakeholders (e.g., project managers, business partners, IT) and / or facilitate appropriate adjustments.

Perform additional duties as required and / or assigned

Undergraduate Degree or 2+ years of experience in documenting processes and procedures, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint Excel)

Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of levels within the organization including leadership

Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical knowledge of Content Management systems e.g., SharePoint, etc.

Basic HTML skills

Visio / process mapping

Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle

Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting

Experience with process improvement, workflow or evaluation of business processes

Six Sigma / Lean

Possibility exists that travel may be needed
