Description
Our client is in search of a strong help desk resource to support their organization'Microsoft IT operations. This resource will be the "go-to" person for all things IT support. From basic troubleshooting to systems evaluation, this resource should have a broad IT background and a depth of knowledge to provide frontline support to approximately 70 users.
Highlights of the role:
- Help Desk troubleshooting - Support multiple software applications and platforms (MS Office 365, ADP, Slack, Campminder, eSPACE facility management, Zoom, among others) - Hardware support - printers, PC'Microsoft, phones , iPads - Play an integral part in implementing multi-factor authentication
