DescriptionA well- known healthcare organization is looking for a Patient Advocate/Medical Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.Hours: Full-time, (must be available between 7am-8pm for a 40 hour work week).Will need to occasionally work weekends on a rotation.
Responsibilities Include:Providing customer support to Medicare Part D and prescription drug medication
Walking members through insurance eligibility and basic enrollment questions
Oversee- customer service team, any grievances, coordinators, hourly-
Receiving inbound phone calls from 5 different states in regards to their benefits
Make pharmacy recommendations, looking up prescription information, fact-finding of information
Utilizing specific software and dual screens
