Departments the Dietary Aide will serve is the hospital, nursing home, and assisted living. The Dietary Aide will work under the supervision of the Dietary Manager guides the Dietary Aide and ensures communication for meals preparation is supported and understood. The Dietary Aide assists with arranging plates or trays, proper food serving techniques, ensuring food safety and sanitation, interaction with residents/patients. This role will also be responsible for meeting proper sanitation standards including proper storage, handling, and disposal of food items and cleanliness of the kitchen.
