Sr. Desktop Support Opportunity!
In this long-term contingent opportunity, you will provide support, maintenance and improvements of operating systems, hardware, and software on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and tablets. Also provide technical support for Help Desk callers and resolves issues as requested.
What Will You Be Doing?

• Configure, install, support, and maintain multiple systems.
• Document system problems and work to resolve and prevent them.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of system administration and maintenance procedures.
• Install and maintain system and application software.
• Use system utilities to monitor and adjust system parameters to improve system performance and functionality.

What Will You Need To Be Successful?

• Exposure to any or all the following: Imaging, Networking knowledge and troubleshooting, Active Directory, VPN, MS Office 365, hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking grammar and spelling.
• A minimum of 3 years help desk/systems admin experience required.
• Degree preferred!
