BridgeWater is an Assisted-Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Carewhere we care for up to12 elders per home in Janesville, Mn.
This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health related services to maintain and / or increase the elders physical and emotional well-being .
We have part-time, full-time and on call shifts available. All shifts include every other weekend and every other holiday.
Responsibilities/Job Description
Providing activities to our elders in group and one to one settings
Assists Elders with personal cares, including but not limited to: dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting and transfers/lifts.
Provide elders health related services and pass medications
Observes Elders and report changes in status to Nurse
Assists with on-boarding of new hired staff
Housekeeping/Laundry
Enjoyment of working with the older population a must!
Previous experience working in senior care, preferred, but not required.
