BridgeWater at Mankato is a new assisted living located in Mankato, Mn. We are in search of a qualified LPN to blend clinical qualifications with excellent leadership and management qualities. Responsibilities include administration of treatments and medications to elders. Provide clinical services including the provision of clinical care, assessments, and evaluation of treatments and/or interventions.
Position requirement: current LPN License in the State of MN.
About Us: BridgeWater represents an innovative change in the way we care for elders. We step away from traditional nursing home settings, to present a home-like environment that encourages family-like interactions and relationships. Our homes are limited to a maximum of 12 elders with plenty of staff to offer care and engagement. BridgeWater provides Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care.
About You: We are looking for an LPN to take on this important role overseeing unlicensed staff. Duties will include providing clinical services for elders (treatment, medications, assessments, etc) as well as overseeing employees and delegating tasks. Leadership skills are required!
