Boss Supply Inc in Janesville, MN is currently looking to hire an Ag Parts / Service person.
Base Qualifications: Valid drivers license with clean driving record, organizational skills, working and communicating together as a team, mechanical background, ability to work on farm equipment: heavy lifting, climbing, kneeling, crouching, standing etc. Skid loader and forklift operations. Peak seasons may require overtime after 48 hours). Must be a team player and adaptable to change!
We will train, but you must be willing to learn!
Parts Service:
-Helping Customers in store and checking them out using QuickBooks
-Repairing new and used equipment as needed
-Set-up or Assemble new equipment for sale or delivery
-Tracking all parts and labor for inventory reporting
-Attend trade shows with sales staff as needed, may require hotel stay
-Keeping all parts inventory labeled, organized, and fully stocked
-Assisting all other coworkers as needed
-Knowledge on any of the following brands is helpful: FAST, NUHN, DODA, RAVEN, BALZER
