Job Description Summary

Volt Technical Resources is seeking a Lab Tech II for a well know manufacturer in their Maplewood Facility.

You will perform physical, optical and/or mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products. Assists with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting results.

Position Duties:

• Follow test methods and verbal direction to perform testing requested by engineers.
• Record, analyze and report the sample properties/performance correctly and accurately.
• Actively engage in communication related to testing and results, equipment issues, and workload progress.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field
• Experience with the Microsoft suite of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience working in a laboratory environment
