Lab Technician III-Maplewood 24+ mths-$20.23 hr! Volt Technical Resources is seeking a Lab Tech III for a well known manufacturer in their Maplewood Facility.
Job duties include execution of standard operating procedures to polish glass and other materials, execution of written test methods to operate test equipment.
Good written and oral communication skills are required.
Worker performs chemical, biological, physical, and/or mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.
Assists with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting results.
Ability to follow procedures and methods and to work well on a self-directed team is required.
Experience in a lab or technical environment is preferred. Must be computer literate with good communication and time management skills. Service may be taxable in some states.
Education Requirements: Requires Associates degree with 5 years or more industrial process experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry chemical engineering or materials science or related scientific, technology, engineering or math discipline with 1 plus year industrial process experience. (Internship experience acceptable)
