Summary: The Billing Specialist will provide accounting support to the service division of a construction company. This role will assist Account Managers in all aspects of customer invoicing, outstanding collections and financial review.
Experience, Education & Skills
- Two or more years of billing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to interact effectively with others, both within and outside of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Working Conditions: Office environment extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds frequently & 20- 50 pounds occasionally.
