SGI is hiring for Full & Part-Time Customer Service Personnel. As a Customer Service Personnel, you will be responsible for handling conflict situations and working to maintain a friendly environment.
In this position you must possess a professional customer service positive approach, have a team-player attitude and be willing to help in any and all situations. You must possess the ability to work quickly and independently and with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements:
Must be able to understand, speak and write English
Must be 18 years of age
Must have a valid drivers license, working vehicle AND a clean driving record
Must pass a BCA and FBI Background check
Must pass a drug test
Must complete paid state mandated training
Must understand how to use a smartphone and computer/email
Hours:
4, 8 or 12 hour shifts
Full-time, part-time or on-call availability
