Customer Service Representative Location: St. PaulHours: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PMPay Rate: $16Required Skills:Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete a large volume of diverse service requestsDemonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong customer service skills to meet the needs of customersStrong attention to detail, including the ability to thoroughly and accurately complete workProfessional verbal and written communication skills, with keyboarding skills of 40 wpmDesire to work in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to multi task and shift priorities.What you do as a Customer Service Representative:Consistently and accurately manage insurance requirements in compliance with state regulations. This includes entering data and handling miscellaneous underwriting and administrative correspondenceWork in a fast paced environment while completing work with accuracyIndependently and efficiently prioritize work tasksComplete required training and successfully implement new workflows with a high rate of accuracy.Evaluate and communicate individual workload.
