The Inside Sales Center Agents will be responsible for placing and fielding a high volume (200+) phone calls a day regarding different products. The goal of the Inside Sales Center Agent is to assess the potential needs of the customer and schedule a quality appointment for a Field Sales Representative to come out to the customers home and provide a quote and or evaluation on the home-owners windows.
The inbound calls received come from a call queue and the outbound calls are generated off of a marketing lead list. Outbound calls placed are to individuals who at one point in time had expressed interest in this company's products. Agents will be reading and following a script to gather information before setting the appointment.
Agents will be utilizing dual monitors, a computerized dialer system, and an in-house customized software system. The system is primarily dropdown boxes that need to be selected and highlighted fields that need minor data entry such as phone number and address. If an Inside Sales Agent sets an appointment, they are responsible for scheduling the appointment in the system. They are also responsible for setting up follow up touchpoints as well with potential customers. After every call, the Inside Sales Agent is responsible for accurately documenting the results of the call.
